Unlike consumer IM, structured conversation is also possible. For example, you can reply to a specific message by selecting it (click on it to select), typing a message and then pressing the ‘Reply to Selected Message’ button to send it. An upwards arrow will appear to the left of your message. Double-click on the arrow and you will see what message it corresponds to.
Unlike with other IM systems, Sonork messages are treated as individual ‘text objects’ and not as unstructured free form text streams.
