Unlike consumer IM services, messages received on Sonork do not intrusively pop up on the screen (unless you want them to). Instead, the sender’s name is bolded, a soft audio alert is played and the number of unread messages is displayed next to their name on your contact list.
People can even send you messages and files when you are offline. Upon coming online, all new messages sent while you were off will be waiting right there for you.
